I provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Individual counseling consists of 50 minute sessions, mostly on a weekly or biweekly basis. I specialize in working with children and teenagers, in addition to their families, on an individual basis.

I spend a lot of time getting to know your needs to that I can best tailor the services that I provide. Goals are developed to help individuals track progress throughout counseling.
