Individual Counseling

  6. Self-harm/self-injury
  7. LGBTQ topics
  8. Boundaries in relationships

Individual counseling is personalized to your specific needs, and can be very effective in seeing progress with a variety of presenting issues. I spend a lot of time getting to know your needs to that I can best tailor the services that I provide. Goals are developed to help individuals track progress throughout counseling.
